There’s no sugar coating it, wedding photography can be quite the investment. Well, unless you pay your uncle 200 bucks to take some photos on his rebel t5i! No shade on that approach, I just wouldn’t recommend it…
Make sure you find someone who aligns to your personality and creative vision. You’ll be spending lots of time with this person, so make sure you vibe with them well. If you resonate with my photos (and my personality) we’re probably a good fit.

Absolutely not. Most couples book out 6 months to a year in advance, but if you have your wedding date set, the sooner the better.
I only take a few weddings every month to ensure you get the best possible experience, so I can’t guarantee your date will be available unless you book me in!

3.) Sign the contract and pay the retainer fee (50%) to reserve me for your date
Yo, I’m Phoenix. I shoot weddings on film & digital and provide a documentary approach with an editorial feel. This means you will have times when you’ll get plenty of direction and posing & other times when I fade into the background to let you live in the moment. Don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera? Most people don’t. It’s the photographer’s job to create a relaxed environment for you to be yourself and enjoy a very special day with those closest to you.
